- Born of the vision of Boston's own Chris "Tap" Graham, A Music Historian and Radio Programer.
- iTAP is my personal mission to keep great classic black music available for all to consume. The best of Classic Black R&B, Jazz, Funk, Rap and Gospel will all be featured in our programing.
- The I M U music philosophy- Inspire. Motivate. Uplift -Historically Black music has always embodied this philosophy.

Keeping Classic Black Music Alive is the mission.
It has become difficult to find, enjoy, and appreciate great black music programming. Todays radio shows try to please all and end up pleasing none. We are committed to playing the best black music while celebrating and acknowledging the great black artist who are no longer here .
The Music Lives On Here
The legendary artist of our time like Aretha Franklin, James Brown, Prince, Michael Jackson, Marvin Gaye, Donny Hathaway, Otis Redding, Minnie Ripperton, Curtis Mayfield, Whitney Houston, Barry White, Luther Vandross, Rance Allen, Teddy Pendegras and so many more that have passed on. It would be a crime for our youth to not know or hear there music. We are committed to keeping their music alive for grown folks to enjoy and the young to experience.
